I think smoking around children should be illegal. However, at the moment it’s not illegal and people who smoke around children will probably smoke more cigarettes at home.

well i just think that any responsible parent wouldn't smoke around their child. Can't use the smoking ban as an excuse to. They can always go outside and smoke.
