wash it and put some baking soda on it. The moisture will keep the baking soda there for a while, which can dry up the blister. Trust me, it works. Baking soda also works inside the mouth as well,for any type of sore. Some people use it to brush their teeth, rubbing it with their fingers against the teeth. It definitely is much safer than the toothpaste or mouthwash. I also use baking soda for stomach heartburn, gas, or acidity. It always works. In these cases I use a small teaspoon of baking soda. You either put it in your mouth and then drink water or mix it in a glass of water or lemonade and drink it.
