Question:
Ways to lower cholesterol?
My grandma has high cholesterol and is on the verge of a heart-attack/ stroke and i wanted to know if there were any ways that she can prevent this from happening.
please dont say diet or excersise and also please dont give me any supplements or pills she can take
just maybe some foods that can help lower her cholesterol

Omega-3 fats
fish like wild salmon,

anchovies
and mackerel (not king).
omega 3 fortified eggs

consider taking fish oil capsules.

macadamia nuts,
hazelnuts,
pecans,
