Fireworks question...?!

Fireworks question...?

I live in Michigan, and in department stores and in walmart and kmart they have fireworks.. but not the rockets or any other ones that shoot in the air. They all sit on the ground and sparkle. And people ever year always shoot them off in the air. I dont know where they get them at. I see none in stores. How do they get them?

well that wasnt really my question. But what i wanted to also ask is, if you get burned by a sparkler like i did. It took so long for the scab heal. Is there something in the sparkler that affects that part of the skin?

As I grew up in Michigan, this one is easy - DON'T USE THEM. Airborne fireworks are not legal for the general public - if you doubt my word, contact your local police force. And please - DON'T listen to some of these people here, because if you get caught shooting them off, you WILL go to jail.
