I have a scab in my nose?

yeah i have a scab inside my right nostril like right on the top and i dont know how to get rid of it.. any ideas?

Answers:

Yeah, I get that every winter when the air gets dry. I just put a big old gob of vaseline on it before I go to sleep everynight, and it usually goes away within four or five days. Try not to touch it otherwise.
