How much salt exactly do you put in a bath to make it a "salt water bath"?
I've been told to take salt water baths, but is there a medically accepted amount of salt to put in the water?
Answers:
You can buy bath salts at some body stores or spas. They're suppose to be very relaxing and therapeutic but I've never tried one. You can also make your own bath salts using recipes. Here's a website with a lot of info on the subject:
