I need help with panic attacks, they are quite frequent and I am 13 years old?!

Question:

I need help with panic attacks, they are quite frequent and I am 13 years old?

I have panic attacks quite often. My mum died when i was 9/10 and i miss her very much. She used to vomit quite a bit in front of me and ever since she passed away, i have fear of vomiting. Whenever I go somewhere new, i get so scared that I won't go anywhere unless i'm with my family, or near a bathroom in case I need to be sick.
Last night i was in bed and I felt okay. I closed my eyes to sleep and I started getting stomach pains. I suddenly felt like I was going to be sick. I emptied my bin and ran downstairs where I cried to my dad. I sat on the sofa (my stomach killing me). I kept going over in my head "i'm going to die, what am i going to do in the hospital, i'm going to be sick, if i'm sick i'm going to be okay"
I was preparing myself and I was shaking constantly, it was like shivering but inside not outside, my heart was pounding and I felt like something was stuck in my throat.
Please help me with my panic attacks, what should I do if another one occurs tonight?

I've suffered from panick attacks for years and they are terrible. I always think I'm going to die, even though I know it's happened a thousand times before and I'm always okay. You need to talk to a psychologist or psychiatrist. Mine helped me with relaxation exercizes, breathing exercizes, etc. I have a CD I can listen to that helps get me through them. Since you're so young, I'm not sure about medication, but I take Xanax for them which really helps. It slows my heart down and even calms my stomach. Your doctor would be able to tell you if medication is an option. Just get some help. It sucks to suffer alone. In the meantime, if another one happens before you get to the doctor, try drinking some chamomile tea, go to a quiet place where you are comfortable (like your bedroom), and try to take deep breaths. Just keep thinking that it will be over soon and everything will be okay. I always try to put myself someplace calm and happy, like I imagine I'm on the beach and I can hear the water. Focus on something calm like that and keep breathing and pretty soon, it will get better. Good luck. You can e-mail me if you want someone to talk to.
