I have trouble learning, retaining information, even thinking.
I sometimes feel like the neurotransmitters or what they are are not running right in my head. Can I get tests done? Can I get a test done to show the health of my brain? Also, a new IQ test. Lastly, if you know this stuff, do you think decent medical coverage with help wtih the bills? thx

Get tested for learning disabilities. Find a certified doctor who can test people of all ages. IQ often will not pick up on a learning disability. They have nothing to do with how smart you are, they have to do with your ability to process information. your medical insurance should cover it or least most of it.
