I have bad sunburn, and i hear its good to take a cold shower, then use aloe vera... well im absolutely freezing cold! should i still take a cold shower??

No.Take the hottest shower you can bear. Hot water is better for bad sunburn, as it takes some of the sting out. See if you can get someCammomile lotion or soothing lotion from your chemist.Ooh! I can feel it from here. Ouch!
