Sleeping problem?!

Sleeping problem?
I've been staying up all night till 2 or 3am and sleeping in till noon and when i do set my alarm for earlier,i get up and turn it off or i don't hear it.Is there anything that i can do?I'm trying to get on a sleeping schedule where i am waking up the same time every morning like 5:30am or later.I'm getting tired of sleeping in but i'm always soo tired and i don't want to wake up.

Maybe you should try to get up for one day and eat breakfast. Then go outside and smell the fresh air. Or you could just drink coffee.
