I gave blood today (red Cross). Now I have little red dots all over my right foo!

I gave blood today (red Cross). Now I have little red dots all over my right foot and leg. What is this?

They took blood out of my right arm~and now the dots are on my right side only--does this matter?:

Sounds like petechiae; google for a picture, if it looks like what you have, then google "petechiae and blood donation"
