I work in a free standing imaging center in Northern California. We always get a faxed written report to the referring physician within 24 hours. Most facilities have a 24-48 hour turn around time. If it is marked "call report", as soon as the radiologist sees the images (usually within 30-60 minutes post scan), the referring physician will receive results over the phone. How long it takes your doctor's office to relay those results to you is anybody's guess!
