I keep moaning about how cold it is what shall I do to keep myself warm?

I dont want to keep moaning about it but when I feel cold like this I want to throw up and this is supposed to be summer!I lived abroad for a number of years and after coming back I just cant get used to the cold damp and windy climate here. I put the heating on and my bills are high...I cry with the cold. Please tell me how does eveyone live here without feeling as I do? I left England soon after getting married and returned a few years ago.

I'm in Michigan, and will live in Florida in a few months. That's what I'm doing to keep warm!
