we have had people coming in totally incrediably ill from doing this, heart problems from potassium depletion, dehydration..esp now that it is summer,,, the products dehydrate you while you get the runs...it is not healthy..the only time it is advocated is before a colonoscopy...and then you are given a prescribed product that has some electrolytes
