How can I become a "morning person"?!

How can I become a "morning person"?
I would like to be able to get out of bed easily in the morning. I just can't do it. Half of my day tends to be gone all the time, since I sleep 'til about 10:30 - 11:00 each morning. Anybody have any strategies for becoming a 6 AM type of guy?
Answers:
You can't skip a good breakfast and work out early. Working out early will change your biological clock and you will sleep better and deeper during the night, and then you will wake up earlier.
Don't eat dinner after 6pm. If you want to snack, it has to be whole fruit or herbal tea to keep sending your hormones the signal to sleep earlier.
