I have a leg that is longer than the other one?!
Question:
I have a leg that is longer than the other one?
by 2 cm (2 centimeters, not inches)
the doctor says i shouldnt do surgery (its too risky and the difference isnt even that much)
he just recommended that i wear a shoe lift....but my question is, will the shoe lift help the difference decrease overtime even though i stopped growing (im 18)? are there any excercises i can do to help decrease the difference?
Answers:
Isn't everyones'? I don't believe that there is one human that is perfectly symetrical . . . I get a chiropractic adjustment every so often - 'lifts' would be too annoying for me.
