Ways to fall asleep quickly?
its about midnight and i really need to go to sleep- i have a big day tommorrow. any advice? please dont copy and paste, i dont have time to read an entire webpage worth of information.

First of all, you need to get away from the computer! The light of the computer monitor mimics the same intensity of light as sunlight. This fools your body and brain into thinking it’s nowhere near time for sleep. Do a relaxing activity for a little while, and maybe try drinking warm milk, lol. Make sure the room you go to sleep in is nice and dark, it's good to have a quiet sound (soft music, a fan running) to concentrate on so you won't have a ton of thoughts racing through your head.
