Tips/Excercises/Diets to increase growth?
I turned 15 in April and I am about 5'9. I am worried that I won't become any taller since my parents are short. So are there any tips/excercises or food that will help me keep growing? Thank you.

Just have a healthy diet with good protein, calcium and vitamin B complex plus a lot of sleep. Growth hormones are released when we are asleep and protein, calcium etc provide the building blocks. Plus minimize caffeine since it will affect calcium levels, alcohol lowers vitamin B levels and stay off the cigarette.
