I have really frequent nosebleeds!?

I have had nosebleeds ever since I was born. I guess it was because my parents had very weak blood vessels in their noses and they passed it onto me but not my brother! Thanks a lot. Anyway, since then I have had my nose cauterised twice but with no success, I have been to the doctor but they suggested cauterisation again but I am sure that it won't make much of a difference. Does anybody know how to help me?

When you have your nosebleeds pinch your nose and tip your head FORWARDS or the blood could go down your throat and choke you.

This may sound silly, but it might be the weather. I'm not sure where you live, but where I live, we are having rain, then extreme heat, then rain again.

It could be the changing pressure of the atmosphere....

But I'm not too sure of the causes, I'm not a doctor, but I hope my little advice helped a bit?
