I take light breakfast (dosa,idli,vada), still I feel sleepy exactly between 9 am to 12 pm. I feel very lithargic even if I have some work to do in office. I take 3 full spoon of honey with a glass of water for energy before leaving for my office. But its not working either. Please suggest me some good diet habits and exercise so that I can get rid of this lazyness. Don't give name of any energy drinks like red bull and such other stimulants. I really dislike this habit of mine.

breakfast should be an average size meal.. its the most important meal of the day.. i suggest eating carbs for energy in the morning.. good cereal, waffle or fruits etc...
then before lunch have a protein bar as a snack..
eating every 3 hours keeps your metabloism up..
excerice when you can.. weights first, then cardio..3-4 times a week..
