Almost constant Nausea...what could it be?!

Almost constant Nausea...what could it be?
NOT pregnant, or on any meds except for Nasacort AQ.
On and off nausea most days, mostly at night, or slightly worse at night.
i have anxiety, but i feel that its mostly "inactive" these days.
Any ideas??? no other symptoms except for occasional sinus problem symptoms

I have terrible nausea...anytime I am worried. It doesn't have to be really intense. Sometimes if I'm worried about something and not focusing on it I feel terrible.
Are your diet and workout plans regular?
