For about 2 months i have been getting a presured feeling in my ears. Along with slight blocked noses. I went to the doctors the other day and he gave me some nasel spray and an exercise on how to make my ears pop. Since then the blocked noses have gone but the presure in the ears remains when there is no blockege. I went last tuesday to see my doc. There is no infection or build up of wax. No liquid or blood behind the ear drum ????? ps im under alot of stress and anixity at the moment

Have your blood pressure checked.....if you don't have a sinus infection, b/p can make you feel the same.....another sign of high b/p is seeing highlights or spot, ringing in ears with pressure, headaches and/or the feeling of taking an elevator ride(light-headed).
