Do antidepressants help people or just make them worse off?

There are many types of Anti depressants out there. It is
important to work with your doctor to find the right one for you.
My doctor prescribed Zoloft (I get the generic). For the first couple weeks I felt bad, but your body is adjusting. After the
first couple weeks it has been such a help for me. I was not
severly depressed, just a little "blue", and the medicine helped to take the edge off.
