Headaches since childhood, Everyday of life.?

I've had migranes and headaches since I was a kid. It happens every single day that I can remeber, my parents won't really pay for any testing, so I don't know what could be wrong.

Everyday I take 6 tylenol Pm, three when I wake up, and three when I go to bed. I can't remeber a day when I didn't have a headache.

The heat makes my headaches a nightmare, summer kills me, I always have to stay inside with an air condinerner or I become deathly sick.

Light makes my headachs and migranes horrible, so I keep my computer screen very dark, and keep lighting limited.

I also been on anxiety meds in the past, and still had headaches with them, so I didn't think it was stress.

I was wondering, could it be anything to serious? I've lived all these years with it, what could it be that would last all this time? Please does anyone know what it could be?

Thank you very much those who gave me advices. I think it's getting worse, i have had a migraine for 3 days straight. And it won't go away no matter how much pills i take.

I will ask my boyfriend :) he is the one who wants to help with everything, and i will be going to a neurologist asap. You have no idea how thankful i am. I hate to rate the best answer, but it would be un-polite of me to not choose an answer.

I used to have headaches and migraines for years. I did have test done. I used to take Tylenol like candy. I found out that all that Tylenol is bad for you. I also found out that taking that Tylenol really doesn't help you because you ending getting a- "backup headache". I now see a neurologist and take medicine to prevent the headaches and migraines. The doctors do not know why... Have your parents ever taken you to at neurologist?

I take Tompax everyday and I can't imagine now my life without it.
I take celbrex now if I get a headache or a migraine. (now I get one once a month) And if that doesn't work I take Relpax. I used to have to go to the hospital for my migraines. I had headaches every day of my life. I know how you feel. But now I am normal! I hope you get some help!!! I don;t know how old you are.. you may not be old enough to take some of the medication but you shouldn't be taking all that Tylenol. I hope someone in your family helps you get the help you need. There is help there! You are too young to be inside suffering. There is hope. Trust me, I went to a place called the Cleveland Clince - the The Headache Clinic. They help people like us. Hopefully they have something like that were you live. Good luck!
