Depressed about illness?
I'm a 20 yo male not in the best health. I have a lot of heart problems and have had many surgeries. I also have a pacemaker (machine to help my heart beat). I've been told I'll have more surgery in the future. I'm starting to get depressed, I'm tired of all the doctors and the surgeries, there is no real cure for my problems, I just have to keep seeing doctors about it all my life. How do I become happy? I've had these problems since birth. I worry about my health all the time and I'm concerned my problems will get worse and I'll die young. What should I do?

you should talk to your dr. and maybe they can refur you to sum kinds therapist to help you talk about things and if you truly are depresses you need to get help i put if off for a long time i to also have alotta health problem im 28 and i take 26 different pills each day get help before you get were i got and pushed everyone aways i hope things get better at lest to the point that you are happy
