Are there any foods that can help induce/ease sleep?
Lately I've been having trouble sleeping. No matter what I try, I can't fall asleep before 3, 4, and even 5am, no matter how early I got to bed.
Eventually I'll get so hungry I'll have to eat, and I try not to eat a lot, or eat any sugary/caffeine filled foods. I was wondering if there were any foods that could help me fall alseep easier, or at least wouldn't have a negitive affect on my sleep? (By the way, I can't drink plain milk, so please don't say warm milk).

Turkey s good for that. So is something warm to drink, like broth or decaffeinated tea.
