I am 10 years old and I am about 5 foot and i weigh 97 is that to much? is it to little?

I exercise a lot and my family eats healthy. I am thin. I am in a lot of running competitions and throwing competitions for track and field i am going to the state for it so i have been losing weight recently i have lost 2 pounds that is weird.

It sounds like you're right around where you need to be. Don't worry too much about your weight right now. Just try not to eat a lot of junk food and try to stay active. Your body is going to change a lot over the next few years and you don't need to stress yourself out about what the scales say. As long as you are learning to eat healthy foods, you're off to a great start! (I wish I would have learned what foods were good for my body when I was your age)
