The left side of my lower back is killing me! Help me! I need answers!?!?
Last Friday I was stocking some bottled water cases and then on Saturday morning I woke up with a sharp pain on the left side of my lower back, and I never had that kind of pain before. Later on I noticed that when I move in certain ways the left side of my lower abdomen hurts as well. Is this knot? What is the best solution for my case?
