How low do you think i caan get my temp before i go to the doctor?
the appointment is in an hour. Ive been sucking on bomb pops.

I don't know why you would want your temp to be low. And I don't know what bomb pops are.
But I'm pretty sure, anything you do or drink or eat at home to make your body temp cooler, will ware off by the time you get to the doctor's office.
