How can you get rid of a stuffy nose?!
Question: Use a saline nose spray! It sounds really gross but it works incredibly. I felt soooooooo much better after using it. My nose was clear and I got better much more quickly than normal. Now I always keep one in the house just in case.
People in India and other Asian countries have been using nasal flushes for forever to prevent the spread of illnesses. You can find it on the internet in its more traditional form called the "Neti Pot." Oprah had it on her show not too long ago. I prefer the more contemporary, quick, and just as effective nasal spray, which you can find at drugstores like Rite Aid and Walgreens. One brand is called "Simply Saline."
Using it is slightly uncomfortable at first, but you get used to it quickly - by like your second or third time using it. Trust me, if you follow the directions, you'll feel TONS better 5 minutes after using it.
Hope this helps! =]
