Are you more likely to slip going up or down the stairs?!
Question: I assume you are not holding a hand rail..
Answers: I assume you are not holding a hand rail..
going up
When I had foot surgery, I found going down the stairs much harder.
Really it depends on the person for as me I usually slip going down. I really do not know why but usually this happens. I'm just walking down without gripping the hand rail and I usually miss a step and end up sliding down and getting my foot stuck in between the steps. That is why I use the hand rail whenever i am going down.
I fell going down or almost most of the time compared going up the stairs. Got hand rails but depends on what I am carry at the time with both hands, so I don't use it. But majority of the time I do use the handrails.

Why?
