well this is one I can answer ..gnc has a great products ..you can put her on a one week digestive cleanse that will not be harsh on the system...avoid over night cleansers they are too rough on the system ...and can cause some mild to knee beding discomfort.. after you find a good week or two week cleanse start her on some accidopillus ...that will help build up natural occuring enzymes in the digestive track...
you want the cleanse that you use to contain
dadaline root
garlic bulb
folic acid
b12
alpha lipoic acid
milk thistle
good luck..hope she feels better

a safe herb that causes no pain is cascara segrada. available at almost any store.

Instead of taking a pill, you might want to try going to a dietician, too, since the diet is what seems to be causing the problem. Modify the diet and get some regular exercise she'll feel better.

My doctor has prescribed magnesium citrate (a full bottle) for two days in a row. It's supposed to clear you out completely. Oh, and get the lemon kind, not the cherry.

Try something called phospo soda, my mother and cousins all use it to cleanse their diqestive tracks. You can take it straight or mix it with gingerale since it dosen't taste all that great!! It works slowly, so there's no cramping or anything explosive with it lol. The effects are quite natural, so it should work well! You can find it at almost all drug stores. Also, another option is Cascara tablets ,but that will have her going forever and isn't as gentle. Good Luck!

Prunes and plenty of water, eight cups a day.
