Can some body help me to sleep well?!

First of all, go to your doctor and get any medical causes for tiredness such as anaemia ruled out.
Make sure you get plenty of fresh air during the day. Have a good look at your diet. A crappy diet, lacking in vitamins and nutrients is going to make you feel sluggish.
Drink plenty of water.
Avoid any drinks containing caffeine for at least an hour, but better if two, before bed.
Have a nice hot bath, and add three drops of both lavender and roman chamomile essential oils to it.
Make sure your bedroom is not too hot or too cold.
Daft as this sounds, if your bedroom is full of clutter, it won't be a room you can relax and rest in. Make sure it's as tidy and clutter free as possible. If you must have a hot drink, make it either a milky one like Horlicks, or hot chocolate.
Look for something called valerian in your local health food shop. This is a natural herbal remedy for insomnia. Best to get it in capsule form though. You can get it as a tea, but be warned, it smells and tastes like cr*p!
Try some deep breathing and relaxation techniques as you get into bed.

change your diet....exercise....these are the main two things...start taking some vitamins.....i workout at least 3 times a week....if you dont like working out i suggest to just try it and keep it up....as soon as you work exercise into your normal schedule you'll never stop....also it will boost your energy level...no doubt

do u need help sleeping..or do u not wanna sleep...if u need help sleeping....nyquil or booze will do you good...and if you need to keep yourself busy...get a job

For sleep try buying some Melitonin, u can find it at wal-mart right but the vitamins you soulld be taking..a good multi vit and a b complex. For ENERGY get lots of b-12.

Exercise every day, eat bananas or take sleeping pills.
