I used to have the same problem and still do. but i am better now since i have more activities to do. I think it is all in yo mind and that you should try and limit yourself and try to keep busy. too much sleep can couse you to gain more wait, trust me I know.

if you are old that is normal

maybe your depressed

com for some change.

If your a teenager could be all the growth, hormones etc taking a toll on you. Try taking vitamins with iron and eating more meat.

Anemic.....low iron.
Possibly low B12.......see a Dr.

it could be because your body is growing

you are just one of the people who go to sleep at the first sign of drowsyness or stress

when do you do your homework?

i'd suggest going to the doctors - no-one should be that tired - especially if you're falling asleep at school.

There can be many different reasons to this. But a professional person of medicine will be able to give you a better answer.

well its either because your body needs its meaning you might be very tall as sleeping does that or that since you keep that rountine your body has adjusted to that and at that time everyday you will feel sleepy or your just old lol

im not sure of your age but teens do require a bunch of sleep. your sleeping this much though is not normal!! you need to ask a dr about this honey. start taking a multi vatimin to begin with. and see a dr. maybe he can run some tests and see waht is causing this so you can be treated!!

maybe your positive for pregnancy?

I experience this before when I was in school!!! Maybe you are to stress, try to drink essence of chicken or isotonic drink to regain your stamina or play video games

I used to do that in school a lot, I'd go to sleep for a bit as soon as I got in. If, like me, you aren't doing much exercise, you will find yourself tired all the time because your body will be lazy. Try going to a brisk walk or something instead of going to sleep in the afternoon, as this will distract you from sleeping, as well as make you healthier. If you can turn this in to a routine then you will find you are less tired, and your sleeping habits will even out.

You shouldn't have to spend your teenage years sleeping constantly, you should be out having fun!

This qn suggest that ur so lazy...ur nt interested in urself..just enjoy urself.then everything will be alright.just go for outing or participate in some sports or some extra curricular activities.......then u will become energetic

It's best to go see a doctor for you may have any disorder/disease from diabetes to myasthenia gravis. You may also want to have your capillary blood glucose or your fasting blood glucose checked.

change your daily diet and see the difference.

If you're a teenager then it's normal. Teens need to sleep more than adults because you release growth hormone during sleep, which teens need due to rapid growth and puberty.

Rhodiola Rosea (Siberian Golden Root) is excellent for lethary, chronic tiredness, stress and exhaustion. I've completely gotten rid of my chronic fatigue problem by taking this.

for a while I used to do this, mid teens i think. but i grew out of it. the pressures of growing up!

Depression,Thyroid problems, Anemic..See a dr.
