It depends on how picky your insurance company is. Some want you to lose weight or see the doctor so many times or see a chiropractor.
My insurance company did not need any of that.

Well depending on your health insurance, most will pay if you have back issues. You would need to see a chiropractor ( best to see for this) It will be easier for your regular doctor to confirm if you do. Also talk to your chiropractor and tell him what your plans are they usually are really helpful when it comes to this. If you let him or her know ahead of time they usually can steer things in that directions mine did. He was great.
