ALOE

Has this ever happened to you before? Is there anything on the warnings/directions that would indicate anything?

If you recently shaved, that might have something to do with it.

Not sure how to help, maybe some scentless lotion would soothe it. Definitely scentless, though; fragrances tend to sting on sensitive skin.

Hope you feel better soon!

muscle pain? take advil, put an ice pack on it for about 15 mins, then waite for awhile then put a hot pack on it. trying having someone massage it. This is what i did for my back pain. i hope it works for you. also taking warm baths could help...letting it soak. Good luck!!

take a shower to take the burning stuff off. but to relieve muscle stiffness put a heat pack for about 15 mins and then put a ice pack for 15 mins alternate that for about hour .

If it burns and it's red, you're having a reaction to the cream. I wouldn't use it.

If your muscle feels tense after a workout, it may mean that you did not allow sufficient time for the muscle to recover before you cooled down. I'd do some light stretching exercises if it doesn't hurt more - and massage it to loosing it up.

It could also mean that you pulled a muscle or thore a ligament. Who knows. Think about what you did before the shower. When I've been hurt, the doctors asked me to put cool stuff on the muscle to have the blood leave the area and reduce inflamation, pressure and pain.

Warm stuff will only distract your body from the pain, b/ it allows the blood to stay there and the inflamation and pain continue after you remove the warm compress.

Over the counter stuff to reduce inflamation is always recommended, but if you're still hurting, I'd go to the school nurse or a doctor.

Hopefully after getting distracted you're now feeling better.
