I am 11 and i have alot of trouble sleeping any tips?!


Question: like last night i was up till 5:00 and i had to wake up at 7:00 and i feel asleep during one of my test exams but luckley i woke up bc my friend taped me on the shoulder anyway plz help!!!!!!

Don't drink caffeine after 5PM, and don't take naps either. Play around with what lighting makes you sleepy. For me, a dim light on will help me fall asleep much faster than if it is pitch black!

Also, do you exercise? Exercise 2 hours before you sleep...your body will be more tired.

drink warm milk at night before bed with a little bit of sugar in it..it really works!..also tell your Mom to take you to the doctor for this problem

You might think about laying off caffeine drinks and take a warm bath and relax before bed time.

Have you ever tried counting sheep? It sounds cheesy, but it works. Try really, really hard to 'see' each sheep. Try to count to 100. (I doubt it will take that long.)
