Medical science doesn't recognize that cold weather aggravates joint problems but it is a very common complaint among arthritis sufferers. Cold weather should not make your joints ache unless they are abnormal in some way to begin with--arthritis, bursitis, tendonitis.

yes absolutely yes

Yep. Stretch a bit before you go out. And control your breathing. Often you're body and breathing is at first so shocked by the change in temperature, that you're muscles tense.

Go get some Gatorade... you are mineral and vitamin deficient if your joints ache at that age... then again... what part of your shoulder... could just be stress... you decide!

yes it does

yes, terribly....plus the fact that i broke my neck in 1999, doesn't help any. it hurts most of the time anyway, but when it gets really cold it's so much worse.

Yes it does.
There are five energies in our body -wind, heat, humidity, dryness and coldness.
The coldness energy is related to organ kidney and kidneys are related to bones and joints, teeth, head hair.
If your body constitution posses excess coldness energy you are likely to get diseases related to pains in bones and joints, problems related to reproduction system and teeth.

There is hardly any medicine for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.

Acupuncture is the best treatment.
I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.

Pain killers don't treat the pain but we loose the sense of pain for some time; in that duration our body itself treats sometime and credit goes to meds.
The useless drugs have tremendous power of side effects like liver/kidney failures, ulcer, inflammation of intestines and lot more.
