Is it better to get 3 hours of sleep and get up or just stay up and go about my !
Question: i took a nap at 5 pm and got up at 830
i dont feel tired , would it be better for me to take three hours of sleep before i have to go to work or just stay up?

It is way better to get the few extra hours of sleep. I have a graveyard shift job and don't get to sleep after and then I'm so busy I don't get to go to bed until late at night, only getting around 3 hours of sleep a day (as of late though, I'm not getting any), those three hours help me make it through the day. On the weekends though, I don't work and sleep twelve hours.
If you have a constant schedule of not getting a lot of sleep, (around 7-8 hours) then you better be making it up somewhere.
I would nap.....i alway ask myself the same thing, then end up staying awake, but as the day progresses i realize i should have taken a nap or sleep! Any sleep is good sleep!
3 hours is better than none *if* you know you can wake up in three hours when you need to. If you don't think you can wake back up then it's definitely better to stay awake!
get a sleep is good, but for sleeping in the afternoon at 5pm, it is better not too long, my suggest is just take a nap for 1 hour.
this will makes you feel more energize.
Take another nap, I am not sure what you do for a living, but it would be best to get as much sleep al possible. Unless you have things to do before you have to go to work.
