How comes, on both of my hands...?!
Question: ...my smallest finger and my index finger are both ice cold, whilst my thumbs and other two fingers are warm to the touch? This happens to me a lot and its really wierding me out.

Yeah, probably poor circulation. All of my fingers, toes, and my nose stay cold during the winter. My doc, well, acupuncturist really, suggested I do cardio exercises to help.
Feh. I don't like gyms...

I've got the same thing, sounds like you have Raynauds disease. Its just bad circulation, you'll maybe find that you'll start getting it in your toes too. Theres no cure except thick socks & gloves! So keep cosy!

Check with a doctor. Pinched nerves and things like carpal tunnel can cause similar problems.
If you do a job that is repetitious you could be making things worst. Generally speaking poor circulation would not likely be so selective of an area.
