You should consult a doctor or scientist of regenerative medicine.
Human beings DO grow back tips of fingers, especially very young children under the age of 1. It is very rare in adults - but there is a news article of a man who has grown his finger tip back. I dont know what extent of damage you have, but don't lose hope - definitely consult a doctor of regenerative medicine - it is worth it to get your finger tip back. Look at the source links below.

You can further research the topic by typing words such as "regenerative medicine" , "tissue engineering", "stem cells" , "grow limbs" , "regrow fingers", etc.

if you want them to grow back really fast you have to eat alot and alot of calcium like tofu :( ew

Humans to not have the ability to regenerate body parts...sorry.

No it won't grow back. Tell people you are from a special tribe that all have fingers like that

if you cut bone off then it will never grow back all the way. it will just heal over and be slightly shorter than before. if you just cut the very tip that's mostly skin and only a little bone then it will grow back normally. depending on how bad it is and how quickly of a healer you are it could take a couple months or so...

If it wasn't a deep cut, the skin layers should cover without a scar. I do this all time. At the worst, you may have a slight indentation in your finger that will be mostly unnoticeable.

It won't grow back. It will heal over the course of a few weeks, but you will always have a defect at the tip of your finger.
