Cramps?!??!
Question: i play soccer and i run a lot and i don't get cramps in the game when i'm playing, but if i'm running around outside or what ever and i get really bad crampd and i get naseaeous why don't i get it in soccer?

And heating pads help.
When playing soccer your probably more focused on the game then on your cramps.

I used to get the same thing when I was young, and I also played sports including soccer. My coach would ask us to do extra running over the summer for preseason and I wouldnt get stomach cramps until after I had finished running, and then I was in horrible pain (and I also had to go to the bathroom...)
I am convinced that it had to do with menstrual problems. I was getting my period irregularly then because of all the working out I was doing, and running really intensely would aggravate that for some reason. I would recommend talking to a gynocologist .
