Sleeping Trouble?!
Question: Last night, I think that I did fall asleep because I had a dream about being in my bed in my room and hearing a TV that was on (No TV was on in the house). I knew I was laying down in my bed and I could make out objects in my room but everything was very blurry. After this happened, the TV sound went away and the room was still blurry, but now I felt like I was awake, but I had no control over my body. I wanted to get up, but I couldn't. Finally, I moved my head and I awoke out of this. Could this be sleep paralysis? Or was it just a dream I had??

Put it down as a vivid nightmare, if it only happens once. Reduce the amount of stimulation before going to bed. People don't wind down enough before going to bed.
