Sleeping health?!
Question: I sleep usually from somewhere around 12-1am till 6am on school days. Even though i know I need more I feel obligated to pass the midnight marker every night. are there any ways that II can possibly go to sleep earlier, involintarily. Not including drugs.

A doctor told me to get sliced turkey lunch meat and eat a slice before bed. He also suggested bananas used the same way. And then there is hot milk.
