No. Don't worry. Your body protects itself. A swallow will be triggered. If any snot happened to fall anywhere near your airway, you're body would trigger a cough. Even if you were to take a normal dose of cold type medicine, your body will still respond.
You will just wake up from your own snoring with your mouth open.
