If think i have turrets?!
Question: i twitch...like my arms and stuff twitch, my eyes roll, and my shoulder shrug sometimes............ my arms twitch especially when it cold but, yeah......and sum times i randomly yelp!! should i be alarmed

that sounds similar, dont be alarmed, just go and see your local doctor he will get it sorted, I knew plenty of decent people who has that happen to them, its ok. Everything will work out!

do you actually initiate the twitches etc because you have an irresistable urge to twitch or is it completely independent of thought? Either way, go to your GP they have all sorts of great drugs and stragegies that should help.

If you do have Tourettes Syndrome, it would seem to be in its mild form. There is no known treatment, but as you grow older it tends to become less prevalent. It has no effect on abilities or intelligence, and only in it's severe form (remonstrating and uncontrolled swearing in public) does it cause any real problems. The less you worry about it, the less it will effect you. I wish you all the best.
