How to feel sleepy?!
Question: A lot of times at night i have trouble getting to sleep. Are there any ways that anyone knows of to help you get to sleep faster without taking any medications? I usually and off the computer for an hour and not watching tv and i still can't sleep. And reading gives me a head ache. Help please!

You can take a warm bath, meditate, drink a warm drink, or use a visualization.
I visualize going down a long staircase which leads to a nice warm beach and I count backwards from one hundred as I imagine taking each step down.
Most of the time it helps me.
Listen to soft music, meditate, take a warm shower.
This is what my mom told me to do: watch tv until you get tired. i go and complain to my mom that i cant fall asleep and she told me to watch tv until i fell asleep.
Warm milk it really does work try it.
sleep is overrated . heck its unconsciouness .

Oddly enough, I replay the "Wizard of OZ" (in my head) from the very first frame. I am always asleep before I get to the part in color. Pick a movie that you know really well, to try the same thing. Good Luck. Insomnia S**KS!
try listening to music, none of that hard rock just kind of soft, or you can try to get more confortable, maybe its your bed? Sometimes I cant sleep but soon i just forget it and fall back alseep.
