Total Knee Replacement Exercise?!

Question: I will be having total knee replacement in a couple of months on one knee. The other will be done a few months after that. Will I be able to ride my AirDyne stationary bike or use my elliptical machine? If not, I need to make plans to sell them.

Yes but not right off the bat. It will be after some physical therapy. Actually after you heal you probably will ride further and on a harder mode than before. Just don't use it until your doc or physical therapist clears you to use it.
Good luck to you!

The day after the knee replacement the PT will put your knee into a machine that will start to exercise it. Just to make sure you regain the full degree of bend. Then they will assist with walking and so on. If all goes well, no reason why you will not be able to return to specific exercises. GL
