Excedrin is absolutely amazing

First thing is to drink water, alot of headaches/ aches are caused by dehydration.

Coca-cola and a Goody or BC powder, if you have those where you are.

drink a glass of water and focus on relaxing your face...close your eyes and imagine you are somewhere calm and soothing...like the beach. Relaxiation is the key...but it is also good to take some advil or tylenol
