What should I do if I can't sleep at night?!

Put light blocking curtains on your bedroom windows
Make sure your bedroom contains only your bed, if it contains a TV you'll likely watch TV during fits of restlessness and deprive yourself of essential sleep.
Sleep cycles are 90 minutes at a time so you make awake after 90 minutes and turn on the TV.
Try to go to bed where you can get 6, 7.5, or 9 hours of sleep so you are less likely to awaken in the middle of a sleep cycle and fell groggy when the alarm wakes you.

try warm milk

You should go see a doctor u might be suffereing from Insomnia..which is the most common sleeping disorder

Nyquil or tylenol pm or try a big glass of milk. The enzymes in it make you sleepy

You should use up more of your energy during the day.
like exercising, working, sexing, reading, any type opf activity that will make you want to rest.

Magnesium / Calcium tablets (3)

Then listen to some good soothing music.
They do CD's of music blended with sounds of nature that are wonderfully soothing.
They do make some good self-hypnosis tapes or CD's that work well also.

my sister always dinks a glass of warm milk before sleeping, she cant sleep without it

shoot yourself with a tranqulizer gun, that always works

Go grocery shopping every day, only buy one day's worth of food. Grocery shopping wears me out, every time, without fail! If you have insomnia though I would recommend trying some therapy or going out more with your friends.
